Payment Policy

Payment for all accommodation must be made in full upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

No charges will be incurred if cancellation is notified by midday, 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.

During high season, public holidays and festival weekends the cancellation policy is by midday, 72 hours prior to the date of arrival.

If booking is cancelled after this time management may charge the total amount for the booked accommodation.

Child Policy

Cots and highchairs are also available free of charge for your convenience.
