The Bay of Islands Country Rock Festival features good music and friendship in the stunning setting of the Bay of Islands of New Zealand – one of the top tourist spots of the country. Each year the festival features more than 45 acts from New Zealand, Nashville and Australia performing at multiple venues. Street music and line dancing are also popular features

Mon.6th of Feb. 6am: Reenactment of the signing of the Waitangi Treaty

Mon.6th of Feb. 8am: Preparing and rowing of the Waka (War Canoe) @ Paihia Beach

Mon.6th of Feb. midday: The Royal New Zealand Airforce ‘Red Chequers’ display their flying acrobatics over the Treaty Grounds.

Mon. 6th of Feb. all day: Games, Music, Shows & lots of free entertainment

Feast upon delicious Kerikeri and Northland delights provided by over 20 of our fabulous foodies. Choose from a wide selection of wine or have a cold beer, shop to your heart’s content or listen to one of our three bands! Thelonious Punk – jazz, Fat 32 – R & B band and by popular demand they are back – Furious 3!

The beautifully landscaped main street in Kerikeri is closed to traffic for the Kerikeri Half Marathon Street Party, and filled with food and beverage stalls.

The restaurants, bars and shops are all open. Music for all with three bands, and a puppet show for the kids – all in all a fantastic party atmosphere.
